Sorry Works! and our new partner the Medical Academy have developed a free Just-in-Time Disclosure Tips video for front-line medical staff.  Here is the link for the free video.  The video is less than 8 minutes in length and is intended to be a quick re-fresher for medical staff faced with delivering bad news to patients and families.  Also, this video can be part of your overall customer service/communication training with your front-line staff.  We want to help front-line clinicians be more empathetic and stay connected with patients and families post-event.
