Interview with Shari Moore, VP, Risk Management, PLICO

Approximately 13 years ago, Physicians Liability Insurance Company of Oklahoma, or PLICO, began a journey towards transparency following adverse medical events. PLICO's CEO Dr. Carl Hook and Shari Moore, VP of Risk Management, invited Sorry Works! to conduct trainings with PLICO insured physicians and hospitals throughout the state. It was a terrific partnership in which we touched clinicians throughout the great state of Oklahoma. Oklahoma is one of my most visited states and I have made many friends there.
