Article published yesterday by Health Leaders Media on “Disclosure Deterrents” for residents and physicians.  Take home point: Healthcare organizations need to develop disclosure training offerings/classes and support mechanisms for front-line clincians.  We couldn’t agree more!  Disclosure has to be more than a policy or an ad hoc deal.  It’s got to be a program to work and be successful!
