Sorry Works! Article on Communication Strategies in ASHRM Forum

Sorry Works! is returning from Summer break to announce the recent publication of an article titled, "Communication Strategies for Communication and Apology are Critical for Front-line Staff."   This article was published in ASHRM's FORUM.  Sorry Works! President Doug Wojcieszak, MA, MS teamed up with Melinda Van Niel, MBA, who is the program director of Communication, Apology and Resolution (CARe) at the Betsy Lehman Center for Patient Safety, to develop the article.  Van Niel and Wojcieszak provide a deep dive into how to keep disclosure and empathy strategies top-of-the-mind for your front-line staff so they do not freeze up in the immediate aftermath of an adverse event.
