Disclosure & Apology/CRP Training Opportunity for Attorneys
Lawyers can make or break your disclosure and apology program. Attorneys can either be a critical part of your program, providing leadership and even comfort to nervous physicians and nurses, or they can routinely snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Over the years we have stressed the importance of getting lawyers (both inhouse and outside counsel) on board, and we have said lawyers who won't play ball should be fired.
The Collaborative for Accountability and Improvement (based out of the University of Washington) has done a commendable job of organizing like-minded attorneys on this initiative. Now, they are offering a two-hour certification training webinar for interested lawyers on April 27, 2023 at 1pm ET/10am PT. Here is the regisration link.
At Sorry Works, we also offer online training modules for all stakeholders in disclosure & apology. Here is the link for more information.
