Disclosure Training for "non-Hospitals"

The disclosure and apology movement started in a hospital, and much of the focus of the movement -- and training efforts -- has been in the realm of acute care. Sorry Works! has spent a lot of time training hospital leaders and their physicians and nurses, and continues to do so today.  However, there is a whole world of healthcare outside of acute care, and Sorry Works! is the only disclosure training organization that serves them all.  We have done work in senior living (independent living, assisted living, long-term care), hospice, blood banks, and veterinary medicine. We have worked with independent physicians and large medical practices that provide a variety of services as well as insurers, risk retention groups, law firms, and more.  And because we are a non-profit organization, we provide all of this work for the lowest price in the industry...nobody beats us.
